Presenter Instructions

Thank you for agreeing to present.   This year’s meeting will be offered online using a webinar platform called Anymeeting.com, which Mary Lucero has offered to host.  She and Suzanne Ricketts will provide limited background support for the conference.  Anymeeting also offers outstanding technical support.

To deliver your presentation from your computer, you will need to download the Anymeeting application.

The Anymeeting application can be downloaded from the sites below.  If you have a device that is not listed here, please contact support@anymeeting.com.

Download for any version of Windows:
http://www.anymeeting.com/WebConference/components/anymeetingApp/3.5.0/anymeetinginstaller_v3.5.0.exe

Mac OS-X version 10.9 and above:

Test your internet connection speed:  http://www.speedtest.net/. Please return to this page after the test to continue reading the recommendations below.

NOTE: If your internet connection speed is on the low end(less than 1Mbps upload), using your browser for the webinar and your phone for audio minimizes the traffic on internet connection.  This is called a Conference Call connection.  When using a Conference Call option as your audio source, there are two steps involved in hosting your meeting.  First you will need to connect to your meeting via browser, and second you will need to dial in to the conference call via the number.  For the best phone quality, AnyMeeting recommends using a landline phone to dial into the conference call.  Cell phones can cause line noise disruptive to the conference.http://support.anymeeting.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1481955-how-to-use-conference-calling-for-attendees

    http://support.anymeeting.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1348943-file-sharing

YouTube video sharing

YouTube videos may be played during your presentation, as follows:
http://support.anymeeting.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1197068-youtube-video-sharing-tool

Please send Suzanne (w007760@gmail.com) all links to YouTube videos, in the order they will be shown.  This streamlines the process and frees you up to concentrate on the presentation, while we bring up the YouTube videos for you.
